Me and Pavlova

Eating is one of my hobbies so everytime I ate something that make me keep craving about it , I will make a research on google on how to make that food.  One day I ate pavlova that was bought by my lovely sister. She said that pavlova is an expensive dessert compare to others. 'Is it hard to make pavlova? ' asked me to her. She just shook and shrugged and i feels like hmmm.  My sister is a petite girl even she is 24 years old this year. When i walk with her, people always said that she is yougest sister. She have taught me a lot of things such as cooking, and baking.

When i make a research on google on how to make a pavlova, i was quite shock because it it too easy for making a pavlova. Sincerely i had tried almost 4 times making a beatiful pavlova. It is simple but pavlova is something that  you can take it easy. Once we make a mistake, we have to start it from the beginning.  pavlova crunchy and tasty we must be alert in every single things that we do when making the pavlova.

Let me share with u gaiss how to make a light and airy pavlova.The ingredients that you needs are:  

1. 4 egg white grade A *do not take from the refrigerator

 ( the egg must in room temperature )

2. 3/4 cups white sugar.

3.  1 tsp corn starch

4. 1/2 tbsp vinegar

5. 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

Ingredints for frosting

1. 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream 

2. 2 tbsp white sugar

While you preparing those ingredients you can preheatthe oven to 225'C . Then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. You can fit them all on one sheet, otherwise bake on 2 separate baking sheets in the top bottom third of your oven.

1. Using the stand mixer, beat 4 garde A's egg on high speed for 1 minute until soft peaks form.

2. Add 3/4 cups white sugar and beat for 10 minutes on high speed until the mixture be smooth and        glossy.

3. Use a spatula to quickly fold in 1/2 tbsp vinegar and 1/2 vanilla extract, then fold in 1 tsp corn            starch and mix until well blended.

4. Scrape all the meringue onto the parchment paper and bake at 225'C  for 1 hours and 15 minutes         then turn off the oven without opening the door for another 30 minutes

5. Transfer the pavlova with the parchment paper on the plate.

Making Pavlova Frosting

1. Beat cold heavy whipping  cream with 2 tbsp sugar for 2  1/2 minutes.

2. Decorated your topping with your own creativity.

hobbies

Well im the person who have a lot of hobbies such as eating, cooking, sleeping, an obvious thing that majority people love to do is taking a selca and nagging while doing something that I dont like. For example throw out the domestic rubbish at the landfill behide my house. Im nagging because that thing should be done by my brothers but they ask me to do it.

 No matter where I am, I will take some of pictures that i want to make as a memory to myself. My mom bought me a tablet so that i can keep all my pictures in that tablet because when im taking a picture i'll using her phone. So in other words she dont want me to use her phone so she bought me a new branded tablet. She also gave me a pendrive that i can transfer all my pictures if my tablet's storage are full. Whenever im having my 'photoshoot' there is always have a distubers doesnt matter where I am.

Either western and dessert ; I am more to master on western food.  I also can make a dessert but not to good compare to western. Starting age 11 years old, im learning how to cook. I make a research at google and youtube. There are a lot of simple ways or step for who are newbie in cooking. First dish that i bake is macaroni. My judges will be my parents and either their willingness or not they have to finish the food that i made. Traditional food are the hardest than make a western food. I had been trying to make traditional food but failed. The taste of that food is completely diffrence than i ever eat before.

Friendship

A few years ago,  I have a friends that can be called as a the best bestfriend ever. Since year three I meet her in the class. She came from Kuala Lumpur and moved to Kedah because following her dad that being transferred. Dino was one of her nickname that I gave to her. She is a pretty girl who have a big brown eyes with a chubby cheeks on her round face. Even she is a little bit short rather than me but still cute. She just like a real teddy bear that are alive in the real life. Huda is a girl who almost a perfect girl that I ever meet.She have he flawless and fair skin, intelegence but this is also a chubby like Dino because their height is same. When we year six, we took UPSR and alhamdulillah the both of us got 5A's but the luck not in our behalf. We didn't get any offer admission to full boarding school.

So we decide to continue our study at SMK Ayer Hitam,Kedah. Unfortunenately we are the classmates. Since I was a prefect from year 3 untill 6 ; I was given another chance to be a prefect in high school. Dino also a prefect just like me. Everyday we spent our bonding time together. We always went to recess early by using clishe prefect excuses. There was a day that was raining heavily. Even we are the prefect we acted like other students. We are not a nerd students that always attend all the classes. When we in form 3, Mathematics is one of the subject that I dont like because I do not understand from chapter 3 and it make me feels lazy to enter the class.

We were hiding under the table in empty class and close the door and sat quietly in that class. We stay almost an hour and then we went to kiosk to buy something to fulfill our flat stomach. Once we entered the class, the whole class looked at us like we just killed a generous  person. Acutually they feel annoyed  because it was not our first time skip the class and our reactions  is  show our straight line shining teeth. 

Once a month, we will be going to the badminton's court to make our body more healthier rather than before.

But we more focus on taking a selca not to excercise actually. Im stayed at hostel since form 1 untill 5 . Sometimes they came and visited me at the hostel. Then they brought me some food and we ate together under the tree.  Now the both of them study at Kedah Matriculation College in pure sciences. Im so gratefull to have them in my life story. 

When I was a Kid

Childhood were the best thing ever happened in our life right ?But i thought not everyone have a wonderful childhood;just like me.

       When our family is going back to hometown im the one who is in good spirit and in the same time to be green around the gills.My mom is Kelantanese so it took almost 8 hours from Kedah to reach at there.

        Plastic bags are the most important things that should have in the car because im drunk landed on a long journey. I usually sleep in the car to prevent from vomit even the ride is only for 20 minutes.

        Once it a time, I didn’t slept ; I spit out what I have eaten. The smell of my vomit spread whole the car and caused my dad to stop the car immediately. Fortunately my bothers and my sister were not together with us. Suddenly the feeling of guilty came in the heart. It took several years to familiarize myself with the long journey.
  

        Now im a teenager but bed sleeping in the car becomes my habits. Wherever I go I will sleep even for 5 minutes. Thats me.  

My Dream Job

   Hello we meet again. When I in year 5 i want to be a fire fighter. Maybe at that moment I love to play with the water. I always react like a fire fighter when I in a shower but this story in 2011 not this recently okay. Hahahah it kind of funny when I flashback bout my childhood life.  My ambitious keep changing when I saw something unique.

    I don't want to be a doctor because I can't see the blood in a large quantities. For example an accident,murdered and so on. I will feel dizzy when I saw the blood. From this situation I knew that I can't be a doctor.

    In 2017, I want to be an engineer. It is because my sister is an engineer so this make me inspired her. But for this year,2018 since I take diploma in accountancy so I determine to be a successful accountant. Okay guyss see u next week. Byeeee

Second Week in College

      Hye u guyss !!! Today im want to share about my sec  week in Kptm.  Kolej Poley-Tech Mara Alor Setar is the place where I study. Now Im in semester 2 and in my class there are also students in semester 1. We're same age , what make our semester different caused they are intake July while my friends and I intake April.

 Since Im in semester 2 so Im not too awkward with the surrounding. My sec week , I am start to know other lectures even though there a few lectures that taught me in sem 1. Everything being smooth and we're already got an assignment to do such as in statistics and microeconomic. There are 6 six subjects in this semester. I thought microeconomic is like chemistry subject but I asked the seniors they said it is like math caused have calculation.

Last semester I didn't have a sir as a lecturer but this sem there are 2 sir who will teach us until this November. All the lecturers in kptm are so generous for sharing their knowledge to students. Thanks for spending ur precious time to read my blog. Till we meet again. Adious Amigo from me.

My Eidul Fitr

   Assalamualaikum w.b.t and hello to all readers. Well this is my first time write a thread in the blog.My name Norasfa Ashiqin and im studies in KPTM Alor Setar. Diploma in Accounting is my course for 2 years. Actually this thread is one of my assignment in Profiency English. My lecturer for this course is Madam Mimi. She is so attrative with her fair skin. Im so grateful for having her as my lecturer. Okay now im going to share about my eidul fitr.    
      

  Every year I always return to the hometown at Bachok,Kelantan behalf my mom. I don’t like to celebrate Eid Fitr at Kedah because I don’t  get a lot of ‘duit raya’ compared at Kelantan. Once the news channels declared that it going to be Eid on the next day as moon has been sighted. Everyone in my house not only in my house but for all muslims must be excited to celebrate a glorious day. First of all we cleaned the house. For girls of course we will put henna on our hands and for sure my sister will prepared all of our dresses since she is the oldest sister. After completing the preparations we went to sleep peacefully in the living room together with other relatives

   On the morning first day of Eid, my grandfather will recite the Takbir. Then, we went to the mosques to pray the Eid prayer listen to a short sermon given by the Imam. After that, we greeted each other warmly by hugging and shaking hands. Then, we all dressed up traditional outfits. The whole house was filled with the aroma of ‘ ketupat’ and ‘rendang’ and this make me mouth-watering. After the this yummy breakfast my father gave us ‘duit raya’ that everyone like especially kids.

    I had invited my friends for a grand lunch at my house. My mom and sister started preparing the lunch. In the afternoon all of my relatives and my friends gathered at our house. In evening my cousins and me went to the stranded land where we played a lot of games such as bowling by using a coconut and the bottles till we got tired and hungry. At night we went to a restaurant for the dinner. We had our dinner and have amazing time with my cousins. I wish everyone have a better day than me.
